Terms of Service
These terms govern access to ShapKit software, documentation, and hosted services offered by the Operator. Buyers should replace placeholders with their commercial terms.

Acceptance
By accessing this site or using ShapKit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ShapKit on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
ShapKit provides a source-code template and optional hosted components for building SaaS products, including billing, organizations, marketplace, and delivery tooling. Features depend on your plan, configuration, and self-hosted deployment. The Operator may change non-core documentation or template samples without notice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use ShapKit for unlawful content. The Operator may suspend accounts that violate these rules or pose security risk.
Purchases, licenses, and refunds
Paid plans are generally one-time license purchases as described on the Pricing page unless you configure otherwise. Source delivery, license keys, and refund windows follow your published commercial policy and LICENSE-COMMERCIAL terms. Taxes, invoicing, and chargebacks are handled according to your payment setup.
Intellectual property
ShapKit branding, template code, and documentation are licensed as described on the License page (Free MIT baseline vs. commercial Pro/Duo terms). You retain rights to your own applications built with ShapKit subject to those license limits. Do not remove required license notices where applicable.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The template and services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Operator disclaims implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for paid services should be capped in your final terms (for example fees paid in the prior twelve months).
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes should be communicated to registered users when you operate production. For questions, use the support contact you publish; until then, reach out via your configured support channel in the dashboard.
